In the print dialog, there is no way to print the odd and the even pages separately.

Workaround: print to a file, then use another command (e.g., gtklp) to separate
the odd and the even pages.

This feature request inspired also another one (which would also be a solution
in the case described here): https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15031 .
