Вот что обнаружил в /var/log/messages:

Nov 16 20:27:51 center1 rpm: SysVinit-4294967295:2.83-alt1 installed
Nov 16 20:27:53 center1 rpm: SysVinit-4294967295:2.82-alt2 removed

И такие числа, похоже, на всех пакетах без Serial.
