В теме все сказано. Примеры ниже. Падает даже на тестовом PDF, созданом
OpenOffice.org из документа с единственным словом на страничке, по пути съедая
всю свободную память. Раньше такого не наблюдалось, пропорция была прямо
противоположная - 90% PDF-документов успешно импортировались.

Попытка открыть PDF статьи из электронной версии научного журнала:

Попытка открыть документ OpenOffice.org из одной странички с одним словом
текста, сохраненный как PDF:

Alas, as of today this bug has been confirmed on 5 different computers with current Sisyphus, including both x86_32 and freshly-installed x86_64 versions and with different hardware (videocards, etc). The only difference in x86_64 behavior is that it segfaults without 'Out of memory' error.

This is *very* annoying.

как вариант - отключить poppler, но качество экспортированного pdf будет немного хуже
