Ну вот опять SATA резак на сервере откинулся. Что делать? Неоднократно уже замечено блокирование DVD привода после работы с AUDIOCD. Наиболее устойчиво это повторяется после попытки сграбить из k3b. После закрытия k3b любые попытки извлечь диск вызывают сообщение типа: "Диск уже отмонтирован однако открыть лоток не удалось." Работает только команда eject /dev/sr0. Правда первый и последний раз. Если затем вставить иной, любой диск, то излечь его не получается вообще! Лечит только перегрузка. Замечал подобное и на своём сервере, с публичным DVD+-RW приводом и на обычных дисках. Пришлось перегружать сервер. Очень похоже на отброс SATA устройства ядром. В dmesg имеем сообщения: sr0: CDROM not ready. Make sure there is a disc in the drive. sr0: CDROM not ready.
