Bug 18031

Summary: description doesn't say when it's needed
Product: Sisyphus Reporter: Ivan Zakharyaschev <imz>

Description Ivan Zakharyaschev 2008-11-28 15:20:54 MSK
fonts-type1-cm-super-pfb 0.3.3-alt7

Now, the description says:

The fonts-type1-cm-super-pfb package contains Type 1 fonts in pfb format,
...

and it says nothing about the potential uses of this package. So, by reading the description, I can't decide whether I want to install this package (unless I know what PFB is for, but this is too technical for a most people, for example, for me).

I suggest that the description ends with a phrase like:

"Install this package if ...."

or

"This package may be used by ..."

(such phrases were a tradition in the descriptions of Mandrake packages, and they were useful).
