Ivan Zakharyaschev 2008-12-20 21:09:31 MSKNow, the 4.1 Desktop installer has a menu for partition selection which has the checkbox "Основной раздел" ("primary", AFAIU). It's not clear what it means from the first sight. (First, the translation "основной" is less clear than the original "primary".) Second, it would be better if it showed what it switches: if it made obvious the opposition "primary"/"logical". I suggest that it is something like a drop-down box with explicit two options: 1) "primary" 2) "logical". Then I would understand much quicker what it is supposed to be about and what its effect is.
