Да, забыл указать версию пакета xmlgraphics-batik 0:1.7-alt4 5jpp5

вроде бы исправил. 
xmlgraphics-batik-1.7-alt5_5jpp5

Но интересно, почему так.
Пакет batik был установлен?
rpm -qa | grep batik
