parsecvs-0.1-alt1.1

Now parsecvs tries to read the Author translation file from the current directory only:

$ strace -e trace=file parsecvs RCS/* 2>&1 | fgrep -i author
open("Authors", O_RDONLY)               = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
Authors: No such file or directory
$ 

It's not always convenient to put it into the current dir; it would be nice if it was be possible to pass an arbitrary author name translation file as an option.

В 4.0/branch исправления не будут вноситься уже технически (заглушена очередь на сборку), поэтому прошу ошибки, актуальные для sisyphus/p7/t7, перевесить на текущие ветки или сизиф.
