set client_encoding command failed on postgresql-7.3.1
in chroot environment cause libraries like \'utf8_and_*\' were not copied to /var/lib/pgsql-chroot...
(see /etc/chroot.d/postgresql.lib)

database was created in UNICODE.

when I copied those libs to select * from ... order by ...;
works incorrectly for non-ascii characters

ну коли исправлено надо делать resolve
