--mountpoints=LIST
              Defines list of known mount points.  Every build dependence which belongs to this list will be mounted.  If some
              mount  point  is  not  explicitly  allowed in hasher-useradd.conf(5), build will fail.  See below for the config
              option controlling this behavior.

Причём непонятно, что за config option below.

       --mountpoints=LIST
              comma-separated list of known mount points ($known_mountpoints);

Причём что такое $known_mountpoints тоже непонятно:
hasher-priv: system: unrecognized option: known_mountpoints
