Powerfull script for to send tasks to ALTLinux resitories

- опечатка в "Powerfull" -- нужно заменить на Powerful или Useful
- "script for to send" предлагаю заменить на "script for sending" или на "script to send"
- опечатка в "resitories" -- нужно заменить на repositories
