Try to search the word "installed" in Google:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=ru&safe=off&q=installed+site%3Abugzilla.altlinux.org&btnG=%D0%9F%D0%BE%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BA&lr=&aq=f&oq=

There is only 1 result. But searching here gives much more results:

https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/buglist.cgi?query_format=specific&order=relevance+desc&bug_status=__all__&product=&content=installed

This problem also makes http://search.altlinux.org not as useful as it could be if it included relevant results from the bugzilla as well.

Yes, this issue was recently brought up in altlinux-web@. Already fixed, waiting for Google to re-index site again.

Google is not open-source, so I have no idea.
