devkit-power  выдает "on-battery:      no", вне зависимости от "line-power   online:  yes/no".
Соответственно не генерируется событий для gnome-power-manager.

Продукт более не поддерживается. Если актуально, то необходимо перевешать на новый поддерживаемый репозиторий (p10, p11, Sisyphus).
