Да, patch по-прежнему используется. В особенности интересует новая опция --merge, появившаяся в patch-2.6
diff-ы для .spec-а и доп.патчей прилагаются.

Опечатка: нужно Enabled. И почему-то в git-е не вижу этих изменений.
