Если он не работает или работает плохо, его надо выкинуть, чтоб не смущал других. Или можете сами заняться его поддержкой, я не столько хорошо знаю python, git, bzr чтобы делать это качественно попробовал другой git-bzr. Проблема осталась. Да и очевидно мне теперь: проблема не в нём, а в python-module-bzr-fastimport.
