files is deprecated. the ghost file /usr/lib64/libnetcdf_c++.so.5 is
an alternative in package libnetcdf-cxx-5-4.1.1-alt1.x86_64. Consider
removing the ghost file /usr/lib64/libnetcdf_c++.so.5.; Since
alternatives 0.4 the practice to own alternative symlinks as ghost

Мне нужно, чтобы два разных пакета предоставляли одну и ту же
альтернативу. ghost же нужен, чтобы корректно работало set-versions. И
что делать тогда? ghost есть адекватная замена механизму альтернатив?

т.е.
проверить, пусть один пакет с %ghost, второй без, оба с альтернативой./
удаляем с %ghost - выживет ли симлинк.

если симлинк альтернативы не выживет, 
надо будет дорабатывать альтернативы.
