Этот шрифт есть в fonts-type1-htmldoc, после установки этого пакета и правки /usr/share/fax/hyla.conf работает.

hylafax-client-5.2.7-alt8, то же самое, потому что в FontPath: надо ещё добавить /usr/share/fonts/htmldoc.

Нет больше такого пакета в сизифе. Багу закрываю.
