Verwion 0.13-alt1 crashes always when get any input on stdin, both on i586 and x86_64.

Test in hasher:

[builder@people ~]$ rpmquery xmobar
xmobar-0.13-alt1
[builder@people ~]$ cat | xmobar
a
xmobar: file descriptor 9186752 out of range for select (0--1024).
Recompile with -threaded to work around this.

Version 0.12-alt2 work as expected and doesn't crash in this situation.
