require the following being add to the .tex file (that is made by saving in tex format):
\\usepackage[koi8-r]{inputenc}                                                                                  
\\usepackage[english,russian]{babel}

A file was opened as .doc, but most chances -  that doesn\'t matter &amp; russian fonts \'ll be steel unviewable in dvi made by
latex.

ALT Master 2.0, dvi is produced by \'latex file.tex; latex file.tex\' , where file.tex is a result of kword convertion to tex from opened file.doc .

проблема до сих пор наблюдается -- для удобства цепляю вход и выход (сделанный
экспорт->tex с unicode, russian)

Эта возможность изчезла вообще
