Пакет маленьких утилит.
trickle позволяет выборочно ограничивать скорость входящего/исходящего трафика.
Есть в t6 и сизифе.
У нас в p6/branch её нет. Просьба переложить и в p6.

При установке дополнительных пакетов не потребовала.
Но как-то культурнее это делать из "родного" p6.
