Несмотря на 
--enable-negotiate-auth-helpers="SSPI kerberos warpper" 
враппер negotiate_kerberos_auth отсутствует, есть только man page на него.

Да, negotiate_sspi_auth тоже отсутствует.

Предполагаю недостаток сборочных зависимостей..
