Наверное, надо по команде "apt-repo rm all" комментировать всё, что не с комментария начинается, и не пустые строки.

- Add p9 branch.
- Add --dry-run mode (ALT #35726).
- Support to add archive of branch (ALT #30841).
- Show and remove all non-commented and non-empty sources (ALT #30008).
- Add key [<branch_name>] in addition to [updates] for branch source (ALT #32434).
- Add arepo repository for added file: source.
- Check task existance for apt-repo list task (ALT #34222).
- Set new format only URL contains at least 3 parts.
- Add new command `set` to remove all exising sources and add specified branch.
- Ignore -devel* packages in task operation.
