sisyphus_check упал из-за того, что вшитого в hasher wlimit_time_long=600 было не достаточно.
hasher-priv: master: time elapsed limit (600 seconds) exceeded
hsh-rebuild: texlive-2014-alt1_2.20140525_r34255.src.rpm: sisyphus_check failed.

в то же время нет способа вручную настроить соответствующие интервалы:
#wlimit_time_long=777
hasher-priv: system: unrecognized option: wlimit_time_long

Настроить wlimit_time_long можно в ~/.hasher/config
