для сравнения в пакете в Федоре есть файл /usr/lib64/python3.4/site-packages/PyQt4/phonon.so , см. http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/27961029/dir/rawhide/com/python3-PyQt4-4.11.3-1.fc22.x86_64.rpm.html

Положу в основной пакет, но, при желании можно будет оторвать, думаю.

Ну вот и Федора на 3.4 перешла. Когда же наша очередь?..
