sisyphus-mirror-0.8.2-alt1 не зеркалирует files/.timestamp, хотя пытается использовать их в некоторых режимах.

Похоже что проблема привнесена http://git.altlinux.org/people/vvk/packages/?p=sisyphus-mirror.git;a=commitdiff;h=6c182231885dc074cf6ba40a4554b4d9ac1633dc;hp=25883056d4f632c5131f155ddb0b15804ef32b08, т. к. files/.timestamp не попадают под условия вида --include=<arch>/** --include=*/ --exclude=*.
