После обновления до gitk-2.6.5-alt1, вызов gitk --all перестал работать при LANG=ru_RU.utf8. Запуск завершается следующей диагностикой: $ gitk --all Error in startup script: bad menu entry index "Редактировать представление..." while executing ".bar.view entryconf [mca "Edit view..."] -state normal" invoked from within "if {$cmdline_files ne {} || $revtreeargs ne {} || $revtreeargscmd ne {}} { # create a view for the files/dirs specified on the command line se..." (file "/usr/bin/gitk" line 12440) При использовании LANG=C, gitk --all стартует нормально. PS: Аналогичная проблема в Mageia -- https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16861.
