[root@c228 ~]# . shell-ini-config
[root@c228 ~]# ls -l /etc/krb5.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 606 фев 25  2014 /etc/krb5.conf
[root@c228 ~]# ini_config_set /etc/krb5.conf libdefaults default_realm SCHOOL.ALT
[root@c228 ~]# ls -l /etc/krb5.conf
-rw------- 1 root root 595 май 26 14:22 /etc/krb5.conf

права на файл сбрасываются с 0644 на 0600.

С shell-config всё нормально.
