I have updated (in chroot in rescue in alt-workstation-20160627-x86_64.iso) /etc/fstab with an entry for /boot/efi, mounted it, and run grub-install.

After this, the bootloader still doesn't succeed when booting: the cursor is blinking, slowing down a bit as time passes.

I haven't ever succeeded installing a working bootloader on this computer.

(Perhaps, I should try another re-installation from start, and not forgetting about /boot/efi/)

Вань, посмотри пожалуйста как работает grub-2.02 в alt-workstation-8.2beta3, если есть возможность.
