Предлагаю добавить в /usr/share/X11/icewm/toolbar строчку:

runonce Palemoon newmoon palemoon-bin palemoon

...а то в нынешнем regular-icewm.iso браузер запускается бегом по менюшке
вместо тычка в панель.
