куда-то пропала libssh_threads.so.4, хотя в сборках федоры и SuSE она есть.

В SuSE не вижу. https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/openSUSE:Factory/libssh/libssh.spec?expand=1

Откуда в федоре -- не понял.

P.S.
Мне где-то точно хватало тупой пересборки, чтобы софтина переставала линковатсья с libssh_threads. Или хватало убрать -lssh_threads .

Поборол свою софтину, закрываю.
