По причине конфига $ cat /lib/tmpfiles.d/open-vm-tools-vgauthd.conf d /var/run/vmware 0700 root root - - в системе на sysv, сообщение с требованием о миграции (и множеством подобных), с systemd-utils после версии 243.9-alt1, ломает вывод на загрузке в tty1.
