В апстриме перевели на python3: https://github.com/linuxmint/blueberry/commit/9abcee1166af13d189b061243b386869b35a0e40

Предлагаю попробовать собрать снапшот. Если будет норм, то отправить в Сизиф. Если нет, подождём релиза.
