Да и вообще эти конфликты надо пересмотреть, что ли, в соответствии с наличествующими в сизифе брендингами.

Указан сейчас. В спеке:
%branding_add_conflicts %flavour indexhtml

Так что автоматом при пересборке пакета конфликты обновляются.
