Apparently, SL fails to install into a LUKS partition on a UEFI hardware.
The problem is not specific to SL, it just happened that the image I tested was slinux-8.910-20191212-x86_64.iso.

Individual bugs will be filed separately.

Fixed in 8.990_rc1.
