Причина: в src/tools/pictomir2course/CMakeLists.txt выбор встроенной копии zlib (версии 1.2.3) был жёстко включён условием if(1), поэтому на всех платформах pictomir2course статически собирался с ней, а системная zlib не использовалась. Проверка из описания бага сейчас ничего не показывает только из-за LTO (символы стали локальными), но копия по-прежнему внутри: ldd /usr/bin/pictomir2course не показывает libz. Исправление: на не-Windows платформах ищется системная zlib через find_package(ZLIB) и pictomir2course линкуется с libz.so.1; встроенная копия остаётся только для Windows и как запасной вариант, если системной zlib нет. В пакете дополнительно будет BuildRequires: zlib-devel, а встроенная копия удаляется в %prep.
