Description drF_ckoff 2004-04-05 12:35:32 MSD

When started licq looks at ~/.licq/licq.pid and if it exist and there is
programm running with thame pid refused to start. And licq does not remove that
file, when exits due to connection lost with X server (normal exit from all(?)
window managers).

А если /proc недоступен для чтения, то я не виноват :-)
