New sisyphus_check complains:
python3-module-pysvn-1.9.12-alt1.x86_64.rpm: package containing python2 modules should not have python3 requirements

$ rpmquery -lp python3-module-pysvn-1.9.12-alt1.x86_64.rpm |grep python2
/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/pysvn
