Шаги воспроизведения:
# apt-get install davmail
# apt-get install java-11-openjdk java-11-openjdk-headless
$ davmail

Получаю ошибку:

Без установленных пакетов java-11-openjdk и java-11-openjdk-headless запускается успешно.

Версии пакетов:
