При использовании в /etc/fstab
UUID="nnnnnnnnnn"
(указывается значение в кавычках)

при выполнении из rescue
# mount-system

получаем
+ mount-fstab fstab.1 /mnt/system1
mount : /mnt/system1/: can't find UUID=""nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn""
