According to https://pypi.org/project/funcsigs/
`funcsigs` is unmaintained since 2016.

Thus, it should be removed from Sisyphus.

runtime reverse deps:
- python3-module-sigtools (actually it should be optional dep, but hardcoded in RPM spec)
- python3-module-jsonrpcserver (dropped in 5.0.7)
