Установил mysql-workbench-community и не нашёл его в меню.
Зато данное приложение доступно в Настройке Меню (Центр Управления -> Главное Меню Mate).

mysql-workbench-community  появилось в меню после снятия и постановки галочки напротив него в Настройке Меню (Центр Управления -> Главное Меню Mate).
