patch to build rich from upstream 12.2.0 version

Для сборки memray (Memray is a memory profiler for Python) требуется свежий rich.
В зависимостях указано rich<11.0 , но я проверил с 10.16.2 и актуальным 12.2.0. Различий в работе не обнаружено. 
Хотелось бы иметь один из них собранным в репах.
В сравнении с текущим  6.0.0-alt1 https://packages.altlinux.org/ru/sisyphus/srpms/python3-module-rich/ немного изменилась структура пакета, но сборка проходит без плясок с бубном.
