помогает установка LibreOffice-langpack-ru

Но до обновления всё запускалось.

Тоже поймал эту ошибку в p10:

```
$ cat /etc/altlinux-release

LibreOffice-7.4.2.3-alt4.x86_64
libreoffice-languagetool-5.1-alt2.x86_64

```

Система у меня на английском.

Помогла установка пакета LibreOffice-langpack-en_US .

Похоже что есть проблема с зависимостями. 
См. как запаковано в Debian - у них файл Langpack-en-US.xcd является частью пакета libreoffice-common (см. https://packages.debian.org/search?suite=bullseye&arch=any&mode=path&searchon=contents&keywords=Langpack-en-US.xcd ). 
Пакет в Debian 11 встает по рекомендациям, см. ниже:

т.е. такая ситуация там не возникнет. 
Наверное нужно перенять этот опыт в ALT.

На свежем Сизифе всё запускается, неактуально.
