Если можно, уберите из сценария настройку sudo, это не нужно при сборке в общем случае.

Не понимаю, что именно не работает. rpmgp рассчитывает на пседоним gitery в ~/.ssh/config

$ rpmgp -b p9 -c festival-doc
пакет festival-doc не установлен
