Наверное не стоит поставлять в пакете утилиту, которая даже не запускается.

Система Workstation K 10.1.

В p10 (hplip-gui-3.23.3-alt1) ошибка с load Qt4 support есть, но в сизифе (hplip-gui-3.23.5-alt1) такой ошибки нет:

$ hp-pqdiag

В версии hplip-gui-3.23.5-alt2 ошибка не воспроизводится, утилита была удалена.
$ hp-pqdiag 
bash: hp-pqdiag: команда не найдена
