Шаги воспроизведения

1.  Запустить GPUI
2.  Перейти в Компьютер → Настройки системы → Скрипты.
3.  Щёлкнуть левой кнопкой мыши на политике Запуск, нажать Добавить,
    указать Имя сценария как test, нажать ОК

Ожидаемый результат: есть русский перевод для path/parameter как
Путь/Параметры (взят пример из RSAT).

Фактический результат: таблица не переведена.
