С обновлением возникла проблема.
Во-первых, попытка обновления уже предпринималась примерно год назад (см. https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/43654) и не увенчалась успехом, поскольку с новой версией emacs не пересобирались некоторые пакеты.
Во-вторых, моя попытка обновления застопорилась на аналогичной проблеме.

С заданием 328076 (emacs 28.2-alt2.2) в p10 не пересобираются следующие пакеты:

Часть из них (некоторые emacs-*) уже давно удалены из сизифа, поэтому их можно также удалить и из р10 и с этим проблем быть не должно.
Другая часть пакетов в сизифе и в p10 имеют одинаковые версии, но, при этом, не собираются в p10 с новой версией emacs, например:

Пока перешиваю на nobody, возможно, кто-то возьмётся за это дело.

Результат проверки актуальности

Состояние:
Запрос emacs новее emacs26 в p10. В p10 по-прежнему только emacs26-26.3. Задание 328076 не прошло из-за непересобранных emacs-пакетов. В Sisyphus emacs-31.1.

Рекомендация:
мейнтейнеру уточнить, планируется ли emacs в p10. Оставить задачу в Branch p10 без переназначения на QA.
