python.req finds "Reqires" but python.prov can't find corresponding "Provides"
under the same directory. Par example, in gnumeric-1.2.13

forced workaround in gnumeric.spec
# Provided by python_loader.so
Provides: python%__python_version(Gnumeric)
Provides: python%__python_version(gsf)

$ rpm -ql gnumeric|grep python_loader.so
/usr/lib/gnumeric/1.2.13-bonobo/plugins/python-loader/python_loader.so
