Невозможно использовать ntlm authentication scheme
при добавлении в конфигурацию параметра  auth_param ntlm program ... 
возникает ошибка:
ERROR: Failure while parsing Config File: Unknown authentication scheme 'ntlm'.

Применение патча решает проблему
