Воспроизводится на актуальной ALT Workstation K 11.0BETA.

При попытке открыть подменю в логах появляется сообщение:

plasmashell[3072]: file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.kickoff/contents/ui/ActionMenu.qml:87: ReferenceError: kickoff is not defined
